First Lady Kim Yoon-ok has hosted a cultural event for global cultural icons from G20 nations.

Kim held the “C20 Seoul” event on Wednesday at the presidential office in a bid to introduce South Korean culture and food to nations participating in the G20 summit in Seoul in November.

Such cultural events are generally held by the host of the G20 summit.

Among the participants at the event were French academic Guy Sorman, Vittorio Missoni of the Italian fashion house “Missoni,” and Turkish designer Cemil Ipekci.
