The Unification Ministry in Seoul has sent to North Korea the names of two South Korean delegates who will partake in working-level talks between the Red Cross organizations of the two Koreas on Friday.

The talks, which will be held at the North’s border town of Gaeseong, will focus on preparations for the reunions between inter-Korean separated families tentatively scheduled to occur around the Chuseok holidays.
