U.N. official on humanitarian aid arrives in Pyongyang

The (North) Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said Wednesday U.N. Undersecretary-General Kenzo Oshima arrived in Pyongyang Tuesday. Oshima, in charge of humanitarian affairs and emergency relief at the United Nations, is making successive visits to China, South and North Korea and Japan. The undersecretary and hand his entourage will tour Pyongyang and Gangwon Province as part of their four-day tour before coming to Seoul.
