S.Korea Delivers Red Cross Delegate List to NK

South Korea's Unification Ministry has delivered to North Korea its list of delegates who will participate in inter-Korean Red Cross talks that are scheduled to start next Tuesday in the North Korean border city of Gaeseong.

The three-member delegation will be headed by South Korean Red Cross Secretary General Kim Yong-hyeon.

During the Red Cross meeting, the first to be held since August 2009, the South Korean side will focus on regularizing inter-Korean reunions of separated families. It also plans to resolve the issues of people abducted by North Korea and South Korean prisoners of war being held in the North.

Pyongyang, meanwhile, is expected to concentrate on soliciting large-scale aid from the South, including rice and fertilizer.
