Seoul Int'l Extreme-Short Film Festival Opens

The 2nd Seoul International Extreme-Short Image and Film Festival kicked off on Friday for a seven-day run in the Guro district.
The festival displays three minute-long films, which will be shown at movie theaters as well as subway stations and Web sites.
The district hosted the festival for the first time in Asia and the third in the world after France and Germany.
A total of 472 films from 30 countries will be screened, including 3D films and those filmed by mobile phones and digital cameras.
