NK Notifies S.Korea of Delegates for Red Cross Talks

North Korea has notified South Korea about the officials it will send to this week’s inter-Korean Red Cross talks Thursday at the South Korean Customs, Immigration and Quarantine building in Munsan near the border.

The Unification Ministry in Seoul and the South’s Red Cross said Monday that the North's delegation is made up of 18 people, including the North’s Red Cross Vice President Choi Song-ik.

The ministry said the North issued the notification via the management committee at the Gaeseong Industrial Complex on Monday.

The South’s delegation to Thursday’s meeting will be led by three officials, including Red Cross Secretary General Kim Yong-hyun.
