WSJ Names 'Mother' a Top 10 Film of 2010

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has included director Bong Joon-ho’s film, "Mother,” as one of the top ten movies of this year.

“Mother” was the only movie from Asia that was included in the list that was drafted by the U.S. daily’s film critic, Joe Morgenstern.

Morgenstern said the movie’s story is comical, satirical, startling and sometimes deeply shocking.

Other movies included in the best films list were David Fincher’s “The Social Network” and Tom Hooper’s “The King’s Speech” starring Colin Firth.
