Vice Foreign Minister Kim Hang-kyung will visit Togo, Cote d'Ivoire and France for one week, starting on Wednesday, to enhance bilateral relations and drum up support for South Korea's bid for the 2010 world expo to be held in Yeosu. While in Togo, Kim will meet that country's president, foreign minister and minister of commerce minister.
