KBS Orchestra left Seoul for Pyongyang Monday to have a joint concert with the Chosun National Orchestra. The 203-member KBS Orchestra arrived in Pyongyang on the same day via the direct air line on the west. The KBS troupe will give a separate concert on Friday at Bongwha art theater in Pyongyang for the first time as a Korean orchestra and then will have a joint recital with the Chosun National Orchestra on September 21st, the thanksgiving day. The joint concert will be on the air throughout the entire peninsula for the first time.
