South Korean President Kim Dae Jung delivered Chusok message to the nation

President Kim Dae-jung extended greetings to the Korean people Thursday afternoon on the occasion of the Chusok holidays, the Korean version of Thanksgiving day, which falls on September 21st. In the message, president Kim wished all the people have a happy and meaningful Chusok. While giving comforting remarks to the flood victims, president Kim said that the government has set aside supplementary budgets worth 4.1 trillion won to help them recover from the severe damage. Kim also asked them to support his summit diplomacy to be made during the Asia Europe Summit meeting in Denmark beginning September 20th.
