North Korea will send a Taekwondo team to the 2004 Athens Olympics. International Olympic Committee member Chang Ung made the announcement after meeting South Korea's Kim Un-yong, also a Committee member and the president of the World Taekwondo Federation, as well as Pak Myong-chol, chairman of the North Korean Olympic Committee.
