Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani will visit North Korea for three days starting from this Sunday.

The Iranian Parliament announced on its Web site that Larijani’s visit is aimed at discussing ways to expand bilateral cooperation. The Iranian parliamentary chief is scheduled to visit China after wrapping up his trip to the North.

North Korea and Iran are believed to have continuously engaged in close cooperation on nuclear and missile development efforts despite strong objections by the international community.
