IAEA: N.Korea Likely Got UAE Facilities from Black Market

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said it is highly likely that North Korea purchased its facilities for a uranium enrichment plant from the black market.

According to confidential reports from the IAEA secured by the Associated Press, the layout and details of the North Korean uranium enrichment facilities are nearly identical to designs sold by black market dealers.

The report said it is highly likely that black market suppliers led by Pakistani nuclear expert Abdul Qadeer Khan supplied North Korea with uranium enrichment facilities.
