The Korea Electric Power Corporation has completed a power plant in the Philippines. On hand at the dedication ceremony were the president of the state-run corporation, Philippine President Aroyo and senior officials. The one thousand-200 megawatt combined-cycle power plant is in the Ilijan region ... about one hundred kilometers south of Manila. The power plant will produce one-seventh of the total power generation in the Philippines.
