The president of the World Trade Centers Association is heading to Pyongyang. Guy Tozolli announced the planned trip to the North at talks with President Kim Dae-jung on Thursday afternoon. Tozolli is visiting Pyongyang at the invitation of the North. He is hoping to negotiate an Investment Guarantee Agreement with Pyongyang. In a meeting with N. Korean Ambassador to the United Nations, Han Sung-ryul, two weeks ago, Tozolli said he'll try to form an international consortium to provide economic aid to the North.
