48th Daejong Film Awards Festival Held on Monday

The 48th Daejong Film Awards Festival was held at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Seoul on Monday night.

Park Hae-il won the best actor award for his roles in the movie “Arrow, the Ultimate Weapon,” while the best actress award went to Kim Ha-neul for the movie “Blind.”

The movie “Frontline” directed by Jang Hoon ended up taking home the award for best film, best lighting, best planning and best cinematography.

Director Kang Hyung-chul of “Sunny” won the best director award. The best supporting actor and actress awards went to Cho Seong-ha of the “Yellow Sea” and to Shim Eun-kyung of “Romantic Heaven.”
