RFA: NK Public Likely to Hear of Libyan Dictator’s Death

Radio Free Asia reported Wednesday there is a high chance that the North Korean public will hear about the death of former Libyan dictator Muammar Gadhafi.

RFA reported the head of Japan-based Asia Press International as saying that senior officials in Pyongyang and other provincial regions are aware of Gadhafi's death, and the news will spread among the general public in the North.

The broadcaster also reported that a North Korean defector told Asia Press International that workers involved with trading with China, those who have family members or relatives in South Korea, and laborers who were waiting to be dispatched to Libya are indirectly delivering the news of the Libyan dictator’s death.
