Monday's temperature is expected to range between six to thirteen degrees celsius in Seoul and other parts of the country, with strong winds.

Scattered rain or snow showers are expected in Gangwon province, along the east coast and on Jeju Island. Other parts of the country will become cloudy in the afternoon.

On Tuesday, Southern regions and Jeju Island will see cloudy skies and occasional rain.
