1000-Strong Workforce to Manage Cultural Assets

The Cultural Heritage Administration says it will employ one-thousand personnel to specialize in the management and protection of designated cultural assets.

The personnel will be deployed at 597 offices nationwide. Three-hundred-60 of them will be positioned at 121 offices and work around the clock to protect national treasures, particularly wooden structures, from accidents.

In addition, the administration plans to deploy around 600 personnel at 476 offices in remote heritage sites to improve maintenance and enhance visitors' experience.
