KBS, Gov't Sign MOU on Korean Culture Projects

KBS and the Foreign Ministry have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate on various projects to globalize Korean culture.

Under the agreement signed on Monday, the two sides will jointly host global events to promote and globalize Korean culture, utilize KBS contents for public purposes, share information on the trends of the Korean Wave, and jointly produce plans on related projects.

The broadcaster and the ministry especially agreed to jointly host the quiz contest “Quiz on Korea” in some countries this year.
