The eastern Gangwon province saw the lowest temperature with minus seventeen degrees Celsius. Morning lows ranged from minus nine degrees Celsius in Seoul, to minus four degrees Celsius in Jeonju and Busan.

Afternoon highs are forecast minus two degrees Celsius in much of the nation.

The southwestern part of the nation will have three to five centimeters of snowfall.
