The Korean Broadcasting System and Vietnam’s state media group VCT have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to cooperate in production and distribution of media content.

Under the agreement signed on Friday at the headquarters of KBS in Seoul, the two broadcasters plan to jointly create and invest in a television channel and its content of drama, music and sports.

The two sides also agreed to exclusively distribute each other's content.

Last December, KBS and VCT signed a MOU on exchanging their news content.
