Foreign media say North Korea has begun fueling a long-range rocket that it plans to launch sometime between Thursday and Monday.

Several foreign journalists visiting the launch site Wednesday reported that Paek Chang-ho, the head of the satellite control center of North Korea's Korean Committee of Space Technology, said the rocket is being fueled.

Paek, however, would not comment on when the fueling would be complete, adding the exact timing of the launch will be decided by his superiors.
