Russia Expresses Discontent over N. Korea's Nuclear Missile Development

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said that Russia is not pleased with North Korea’s nuclear missile development plans.

According to Interfax, the deputy prime minister said Russia has no illusions over North Korea’s intentions to create a delivery vehicle for weapons of mass destruction. Rogozin also stated that while Pyongyang has the right to safeguard its security, it should not do it by blackmail.

Rogozin reportedly made similar comments regarding North Korea’s failed rocket launch on April 13th.
