Seoul City is considering a plan to build a mammoth theme park like Disneyland in the United States. The city plans to draw up a blueprint in Two-thousand-four after conducting a feasibility study. A city official said Seoul lacks recreational areas for the growing number of citizens who will enjoy additional leisure time as more businesses are adopting the five-day workweek.
