A sparkling brown jewel inside a black stack sealed in glass is a piece of amber that was formed when Scandinavian pine resin flowed into the ocean becoming a crystal solidified containing insects and tree leaves.

Another jewel of the ocean is the coral. Bracelets and necklaces decorated with gold and diamonds are the masterpiece of coral handicraft.

Fish mosaics and frescoes discovered in the Roman palace and Pompeii houses were also displayed at the international pavilion at the Yeosu Expo.

Another crown-shaped exhibition decorated with tens of diamonds won the award in the handicraft competition last year.

Precious and rare amber and diamonds that are tens of millions of years old are on display at the 2012 Yeosu Expo.
