Some four million North Korean children are expected to die this year due to lack of nutrition and a variety of diseases, amid escalating nuclear tension on the Korean Peninsula. A Hong Kong newspaper was citing Saturday a report issued by the World Health Organization. The Ming Pao newspaper said North Korean children have dropped their studies to begin searching for food amid a severe cold wave sweeping across the communist country.
