N. Korea Notifies UN State of Nuclear War Exists

North Korea's state-run media reports that Pyongyang officially notified the United Nations earlier this week that a state of nuclear war has been established on the Korean Peninsula.

The Korean Central News Agency said North Korea handed over statements by its foreign ministry and top military office issued on March 26th to the UN on April first and second, respectively.

The statement from the foreign ministry explains a state of nuclear war has been built on the Korean peninsula. The statement by the Korean People's Army Supreme Command followed shortly and said North Korea’s military was placed on its highest alert, including its strategic missile units and artillery units.
