Report: China Halts Cruise Tours to N. Korea

Radio Free Asia reported that Young Pioneer Tours, headquartered in Beijing and specializing in North Korean tours, announced that it will halt operations of its cruise tour to Mt. Geumgang for the time being.
A cruise ship was set to travel from China’s Yanji to North Korea’s Raseon and Mt. Geumgang on May 28th and return to Beijing on June fourth.
Radio Free Asia reported the reason behind the halt is not known yet.
