North Korea has once again rejected the request by South Korean businessmen to send a delegation to the Gaeseong Industrial Complex in the North. This marks the second time that the request by businessmen with factories at the industrial park was turned down.

An official at the Ministry of Unification said that North Korea rejected the request made by South Korean companies with factories in the inter-Korean industrial complex through the Gaeseong Industrial District Management Committee on Friday afternoon.

The official added that North Korea did not elaborate on why it rejected the request.

The South Korean companies' plan was to send their officials to the joint industrial park on April 22nd.
