North Korea has warned that it will follow through with its previous threat to a final and decisive action regarding the inter-Korean Gaeseong Industrial Complex if South Korea continues to make the situation there worse.

The Rodong Sinmun, the North Korean Workers’ Party's newspaper, on Monday called South Korea’s move to pull out its workers from the complex an “impudent and rash act.” It said that with such an act, Seoul can never get away with its criminal act of putting the complex into a crisis of complete shutdown.

The paper said that although the two Koreas are facing a crisis of war, the North did not take extreme measures such as expelling South Koreans from the complex or completely shutting down the complex because it was considering the predicament of South Korean firms whose fate relies on the complex.
