Construction Ministry to Build 2.5 Million Houses over 5 Years

The Construction and Transportation Ministry has unveiled a plan to build two and a half million houses over the next five years. The ministry reported the plan to President-elect Roh Moo-hyun Wednesday. In addition, an additional 500 thousand houses will be built for low-income households to rent over the next five years.
