N. Korea's Top Nuclear Negotiator to Visit Russia

North Korea's chief nuclear negotiator will visit Russia Thursday and discuss issues related to resuming the stalled six-party talks.

Russian news agency Interfax reports that the North's First Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan will visit Moscow Thursday.

Citing the Russian Foreign Ministry, the report said that Kim will discuss with Moscow officials ways to resume the six-way denuclearization talks, which hit a stalemate in 2008.

Earlier this month, Kim visited Beijing and held talks with Wu Dawei, the Chinese representative to the six-party talks and Vice Foreign Minister Zhang Yesui.
