Chilean President Ricardo Lagos Escobar will visit Seoul on February 15th. He'll sign the Korea-Chile Free Trade Agreement and also meet President Kim Dae-jung for talks on boosting bilateral trade ties. The two countries concluded the agreement last October after years of tough negotiations. It's the first free trade agreement South Korea has signed with a foreign country.
