South and North Korean government officials have begun their fourth round of working-level talks on normalizing operations of the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.
 
The two sides met in Gaeseong, North Korea at around 10 a.m. Wednesday. They are likely to engage in heated discussion over a draft agreement that they exchanged during previous round of talks held on Monday.
 
Meanwhile, some 370 South Korean businesspeople and officials from related agencies will travel to the Gaeseong industrial park on Wednesday to bring home 730 tons of raw materials, finished goods and equipment from South Korean facilities in the joint venture.
