N. Korea Hopes for Good Results at Gaeseong Complex Talks

North Korea has expressed hope the two Koreas will work together for good results at next week's talks to normalize operations at the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.

A South Korean government official said North Korea sent the message Thursday evening through its liaison official at the truce village of Panmunjeom.

The message was sent to the South’s chief delegate to the working-level talks, Kim Ki-woong, in the name of North Korea's chief delegate, Pak Chol-su.

South Korea and North Korea agreed earlier Thursday to hold working-level talks next Wednesday on restarting the industrial park in Gaeseong.
