Following the inter-Korean agreement to reopen the Gaeseong Industrial Complex, a South Korean inspection team has entered the factory park to perform a facilities check for a third day.

The team of 37 officials from KT, Korea Electric Power Corporation, Korea Water Resources Corporation, the Gaeseong Industrial District Management Committee and a local public health clinic arrived at the complex on Monday morning.

The government will allow officials of the firms based in Gaeseong to cross the border as well so they can prepare for the reopening of the factory park, once the facilities inspection is complete.
