North Korean state-run media says an inter-Korean committee to manage the Gaeseong Industrial Complex will convene for the first time in the industrial park on Monday.
 
The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) said Thursday the two Koreas finalized accords on the formation and operation of the joint committee a day before.
 
The news agency also said South Korea proposed the joint committee’s first meeting be held at the joint venture on Monday.
 
The KCNA’s report suggests Pyongyang has accepted Seoul’s offer on the date and venue for the joint committee’s first talks.
