Choo Shin-soo Joins 20-20 Club for Third Season in MLB

Choo Shin-soo of the Cincinnati Reds recorded his third 20-20 season in the major leagues on Monday in a win over the New York Mets.

Choo stole two bases to bring his steal total to 20 on the year, in addition to 21 homeruns he had entering the game in Cincinnati. The South Korean center fielder went 3-6 at the plate and drove in two runs.
 
Choo also became the 27th player in the MLB to record 20 homeruns, 20 steals, 100 runs scored and 100 walks in a single season. With Monday's win, Choo has 21 homeruns, 20 stolen bases, 109 walks and 105 runs.

Choo hit 20 homers and stole 21 bases in 2009. He had another 20-20 season the following year with 22 homeruns and 22 steals.
