S. Korea Wins World Archery Championships

South Korea has won the 2013 World Archery Championships.
 
In the mixed compound teams’ final in Antalya, Turkey, South Koreans Oh Jin-hyek and Ki Bo-bae defeated the United States 148 to 139 to win the world title for the second consecutive time.
 
In the men’s individual final, high school student Lee Seung-yun beat compatriot Oh Jin-hyek, who is currently number one in the world rankings.
 
In the women’s individual event, Yoon Ok-hee defeated Germany’s Karina Winter to win bronze.
 
South Korea secured a total of three gold medals, one silver and one bronze to finish first in the overall medal standings.
