Institute to Educate Restaurants in Kazakhstan on Korean Food

An international institute of traditional Korean food is offering courses to Korean restaurant employees in Kazakhstan.

The Creative Culinary Institute of Korea will train restaurant owners, service managers and cooks from Tuesday through the end of the month.

Restaurant owners will learn recent trends in Korean food restaurants and management techniques, while service managers will learn how to serve customers and set tables.

The institute will also provide education for cooks on Korean royal cuisine.

Since opening at Jeonju University in September last year, the institute has mostly provided courses for employees at Korean restaurants in Hiroshima, Japan. It was recently designated an educational institute for employees of Korean restaurants by the Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corporation.
