A thick fog over the central part of the nation has caused major traffic havoc. Forty flights were grounded as visibility was reduced to less than one hundred meters on Sunday morning at Incheon International Airport. Dozens of incoming flights were also diverted to other airports in Busan and Jeju Island. More than fifty cars piled up near Icheon on the Jungbu Highway, linking Seoul to Daejon. Twenty injuries were reported.
