S. Korea Approves Aid Groups' N. Korea Trips

The Unification Ministry has approved three South Korean aid groups’ trips to North Korea.

The Korea Peace Foundation and Nanum International will visit the North on Saturday and the other group will visit on Wednesday to monitor aid distribution.

This is the first time the government has approved civic groups’ trips to the North since inter-Korean family reunions were indefinitely postponed last month by Pyongyang.
