S. Korean Animation 'Noodle Fish' Wins TBS DigiCon6 Award

South Korean animated film “Noodle Fish” has won a prize at the Japanese TBS DigiCon6 Awards.

The ten-minute film by South Korean director Kim Jin-man won a golden award in the short film category on Saturday in Tokyo.

Noodle Fish, a stop-motion film made entirely from noodles, won many prizes in international films festivals, including the 28th Warsaw Film Festival.

The film is about a little fish that begins his journey to the world outside the water.

The DigiCon6 awards are given to the best animations among ten Asian countries. It is the second time for a South Korean film to win a golden prize in the awards since 2004.
