South Korea won the silver medal in women’s curling on Friday at the 26th Winter Universiade in Trentino, Italy.
 
The Korean’s fell to the Russians with a score of four-to-eight. It is the South Korean women's team's highest finish at a Winter Universiade.
 
The South Korean men’s curling team won gold at the 25th Winter Universiade held in Erzurum, Turkey in 2011. The women took bronze that year.
