ⓒ THE BLACK LABELRosé made history at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, taking home two major trophies, including Song of the Year.
She earned the honor for APT., her collaboration with Bruno Mars, marking the first time a K-pop artist has won in one of the VMAs’ main categories. Rosé also accepted the Best Group award on behalf of BLACKPINK, their second win in that category after 2023.
Meanwhile, fellow member Lisa picked up the Best K-Pop award for her single Born Again with Doja Cat and Raye. It was Lisa’s third win in the category and second in a row, bringing BLACKPINK’s total to three trophies this year.
