As tension escalates around the Strait of Hormuz, Iran is warning that it will retaliate on Israeli and U.S. bases in the Middle East within several minutes if attacked.

Iran’s Fars News Agency said that the commander of the aerospace division of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, made the threat, adding that all U.S. bases located in the Middle East are within the range of Iran’s missiles.

The general also threatened to attack Israel, which he called a good target.
