The 2nd Annual 2011 Korea's Seoul Culture Arts Awards ceremony was held at the Gymnastics Stadium of Olympic Park on February 28th. This ceremony recognized some of the best culture and arts related people of 2010 in 11 different fields, including broadcast, movies, and music. This year's winners included the group that's been sweeping all award shows, Girls Generation for the Grand Singer Award, and the entertainer that's made it into Hollywood, Rain for the World Star Award. The Grand Film Award went to Jeon Do-hyeon who starred in "Maid", and the Grand Drama Award went to Lee Bum-soo.
