U.N. rapporteur for N. Korea human rights Elizabeth Salmón



Elizabeth Salmón, the U.N. special rapporteur for North Korea's human rights arrived in Seoul last week. She had a busy nine-day schedule lined up, meeting with Seoul officials and North Korean defectors to discuss the human rights situation in North Korea.
