Seoul City issued an ultrafine dust advisory at 8 a.m. on Tuesday as the amount of fine dust rose above standard levels. 

The advisory is issued when average ultrafine dust particle levels in the city stay above 75 micrograms per cubic meter for more than two hours. 

The city advised the elderly, children and those with respiratory or heart conditions to stay indoors and to wear a mask when outside.
